You will lead Java software projects from requirements to delivery, ensuring technical alignment with business goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of Java-based projects, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Gather and analyze requirements with stakeholders, creating detailed project plans and schedules.
• Manage project plans, track progress, and mitigate risks while mentoring the development team.
• Resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Contribute to the company's Java strategy by identifying new opportunities and infrastructure improvements.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in project management.
• Strong understanding of Java programming concepts and technologies.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum project management methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or Subversion.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
