Description

Lead the full lifecycle of Java-based software projects, from requirements gathering to delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements with business stakeholders to define project scope.
• Create detailed project plans, track progress, and manage risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor the engineering team on Java best practices and current technologies.
• Resolve project blockers and ensure deliverables meet quality and budget standards.
• Drive Java strategy by identifying infrastructure improvements and opportunities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in project management.
• Strong understanding of Java programming concepts and ecosystem.
• Proficiency in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git or Subversion.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong communication skills.
