Description

You will build and maintain aviation software solutions using Java and Python. You own the full development lifecycle for microservices and data processing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Implement data processing and messaging workflows with Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Develop backend logic and database interactions using Hibernate, JPA, and PL/SQL.
• Integrate Python programming into existing service architectures.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and follow test-driven development practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
• Hands-on experience with Python programming.
• Expertise in Hibernate, JPA, and Spring Security.
• Experience building RESTful webservices and microservices.
• Working knowledge of Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and jQuery.
• Solid understanding of PL/SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with CI/CD systems, specifically Jenkins.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Camunda, jBPM, or Drools.
• Knowledge of Jasper Server and Maven/Ant build tools.
