Description

You will design and implement distributed systems using Java and Python, focusing on reactive architectures and cloud-native services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain RESTful web services and APIs using Java and Python.
• Implement event-driven architectures leveraging Kafka and Reactive Streams.
• Integrate with AWS S3 and GCP Big Query for data storage and processing.
• Manage the full development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, and implementation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members while ensuring adherence to security and operational standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Python for backend development.
• Experience with RESTful Web Services, HTTP, and API Design.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and Reactive Streams patterns.
• Familiarity with AWS S3 and GCP Big Query.
• Understanding of distributed systems and Linux OS.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of scripting languages such as Groovy or JavaScript.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Gradle, or Kotlin.
• Background in consulting or project management techniques.
