Description

You will design, implement, and optimize Python-based orchestration frameworks and Java/Spring Boot services for distributed agent systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize Python orchestration frameworks for long-running workflows and concurrent reasoning.
• Integrate LLMs with MCP servers, vector databases, and observability systems for adaptive agent behavior.
• Develop robust asynchronous architectures supporting distributed compute environments and tool use.
• Implement agentic memory management, including long-term and short-term memory solutions.
• Ensure reliability and type safety using mypy and pydantic within production-grade CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with Java 8, J2EE, and Spring Boot 5 or higher.
• Strong proficiency in Python, including async programming and data manipulation.
• Experience with Microservice architecture and React JS.
• Proficiency in RDBMS and data formats including XML and JSON.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of distributed systems and agent lifecycle management.
