Description

You will design and implement scalable orchestration frameworks using Java and Python.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize Python-based orchestration frameworks for distributed compute environments.
• Manipulate data from flat files, relational databases, and non-relational sources including XML and JSON.
• Integrate LLMs with MCP servers, vector databases, and observability systems to support adaptive agent behavior.
• Ensure system reliability and performance through rigorous testing, type safety (mypy/pydantic), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate on system design, contributing to abstractions, developer SDKs, and runtime instrumentation.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with Java 8, J2EE, and Spring Boot 5 or higher.
• Strong proficiency in Python for developing async architectures and concurrent reasoning workflows.
• Experience with Microservice architecture and React JS.
• Hands-on experience with RDBMS and data formats including XML and JSON.
• Proven track record implementing production-grade CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of agentic memory management (long-term and short-term).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
