Description

You will own the full development lifecycle for complex applications, from feasibility studies and design to implementation and post-deployment analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business problems and translate requirements into secure, scalable software solutions using Java and Python.
• Design and implement microservices architectures, ensuring robust RESTful APIs and seamless integration with Oracle and MongoDB databases.
• Manage containerization and orchestration of applications using Docker and Kubernetes, including migrating from bare-metal to cloud environments.
• Guide junior developers through code reviews and mentorship, while defining operating standards and best practices for the development team.
• Monitor all development phases, assess technical risks, and ensure compliance with security measures and industry standards.

Required Skills

• 9-12 years of hands-on experience in applications development and programming.
• Proficiency in Java and Python with deep knowledge of the Spring Framework.
• Strong experience designing and maintaining microservices-based architectures.
• Expertise with containerization tools (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).
• Working knowledge of relational (Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Proficient with Git for version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
• Ability to manage project timelines and deliver under pressure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leveraging GitHub Copilot and agentic AI tools with a human-in-the-loop approach.
• Working knowledge of consulting and project management techniques.
