Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of enterprise‐grade applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to define scope and deliverables.
- Drive adoption of modern development practices, CI/CD, and cloud‐native solutions.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security standards are met.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices across frontend and backend development.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide strategic solutions.
Essential Skills
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs.
- Advanced proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
- Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing end‐to‐end delivery.
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of Redux, TypeScript, or Next.js.
- Exposure to enterprise‐scale applications and distributed systems.
- Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, Selenium, Jest).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
