Description

Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical leadership and mentorship for development teams across frontend and backend.
• Collaborate with product owners and architects to define scope, deliverables, and architectural standards.
• Enforce best practices through rigorous code reviews and ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
• Manage end-to-end delivery while driving the adoption of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud-native solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide strategic solutions for distributed systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Advanced proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices architectures.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proven track record in leading teams and managing stakeholder expectations.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Redux, TypeScript, Next.js, or testing frameworks like JUnit, Selenium, and Jest.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise-scale applications.
