Description

You will architect and deliver cloud-native applications while mentoring engineering teams to bridge complex business requirements with scalable technical solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish coding standards for high-quality delivery.
• Architect scalable microservices using Java 17+ and Spring Boot 3+ with event-driven patterns.
• Design and deploy serverless solutions using AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and S3 for infrastructure optimization.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with security policies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep expertise in Java 17+ and Spring Boot 3.x (Security, Data/JPA, Cloud Function).
• Strong proficiency with AWS services: Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, IAM, VPCs, CloudWatch, and API Gateway.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI), Docker, and Git.
• Solid understanding of NoSQL (DynamoDB) and relational databases.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer certification.
• Basic familiarity with modern front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
