Description

You will design and develop Real-Time Communications applications, including automated provisioning tools and customer-facing productivity software, ensuring seamless integration across voice technologies.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement distributed systems and microservices architecture for high-availability environments.
• Create detailed technical designs for unified communications platforms and middleware integration.
• Maintain and enforce security standards to ensure platform stability and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support the development and deployment of voice recording solutions.
• Support troubleshooting, documentation, and user assistance to enhance system performance.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of software development experience within the financial or technology industry.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE and the Spring Framework.
• Experience with Node.js and JavaScript.
• Strong background in RESTful API development and SQL.
• Deep understanding of middleware communication platforms and microservices architecture.
• Experience with enterprise-level applications, distributed systems, and multithreading.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or information systems.

Preferred Skills

• Specific knowledge of Unified Communications Platforms.
• Experience with voice recording and communication solutions.
