Lead the development of reactive microservices using Java and Spring Boot.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable microservices with Spring Boot and Reactive programming.
• Implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.
• Design and optimize data storage solutions with MongoDB.
• Deploy and manage applications on OpenShift (OCP).
• Mentor team members on best practices for Java development.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of application development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Reactive programming patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.
• Proficiency with MongoDB.
• Experience deploying on OpenShift (OCP).
• Understanding of Microservices architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in banking or financial services domains.
