Description

You will own the end-to-end development of the Onboarding and Regulatory platform, focusing on cloud adoption and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full development lifecycle of the platform, translating technical designs into workable solutions.
• Design and implement intuitive user interfaces while collaborating with a global user base.
• Coordinate with offshore development teams, QA, infrastructure groups, and vendors to ensure smooth delivery.
• Troubleshoot system integration and infrastructure issues, performing necessary system administration tasks.
• Contribute to agile development practices and continuous team improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional development experience with advanced knowledge of Java.
• Expertise in Spring, Spring Boot, and Gradle dependency resolution.
• Hands-on experience with REST and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Strong experience with Kafka and data movement frameworks.
• Proficiency in database design and SQL.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks, including JUnit and BDD.
• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design, design patterns, and application integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MongoDB, Hadoop, Apache Spark, or Elastic Search.
• Knowledge of distributed caching technologies and Java application profiling.
• Familiarity with AngularJS, ExtJS, or Pega BPM.
