Description

You will design and execute automated testing strategies to ensure software quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and TestNG.
• Manage defect lifecycles by documenting issues in Jira and Quality Center.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on production issues and track resulting action items.
• Participate in Agile scrum ceremonies and contribute to SDLC and STLC processes.
• Support production environments by applying established support best practices and methodologies.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and Maven.
• Experience configuring and using Jenkins for automation pipelines.
• Proficiency with Cucumber for behavior-driven development.
• Experience using Jira and Quality Center for defect management.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills for resolving production issues.
• Any graduate degree.
