Description

Lead software quality assurance efforts, focusing on automated testing within an Agile framework.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java.
• Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify bugs and performance issues.
• Maintain and enhance the automation framework for scalability and reusability.
• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Document test results, log defects, and track them to closure using JIRA or similar tools.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of software testing experience.
• 4+ years of core Java or Selenium Test automation experience.
• Proficiency with Java.
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver.
• Familiarity with CI/CD Pipelines.
• Experience collaborating with developers and business analysts to translate requirements into test cases.
• Experience participating in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jenkins or GitLab CI integration.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
