Description

You will lead and mentor a QA team while driving automated testing strategies and execution.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies for manual and automated testing.
• Create detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts based on product requirements.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium to increase coverage.
• Collaborate with development and product management to integrate quality early.
• Generate and present QA metrics and defect reports to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Java.
• Proven expertise in Selenium for test automation.
• Exposure to Playwright Automation.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript.
• Experience in designing test strategies and test planning.
• Proficiency in both manual and automated testing practices.
• Experience tracking and managing software defects.
