Description

You will automate testing across the application stack, focusing on UI and API layers.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Automate testing using Selenium or Playwright frameworks, incorporating SQL and API testing.
• Resolve issues and enhance or extend existing automation frameworks.
• Collaborate within Agile scrum teams to analyze requirements and user stories.
• Own the process of formulating business and system testing requirements with users.
• Apply a strong analytical approach to both manual and automated testing processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in QA/SDET roles.
• Proficiency in UI automation using Selenium or Playwright with Java or Python.
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as JMeter or Postman.
• Experience with relational databases including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and OracleDB.
• Familiarity with data warehousing technologies like Snowflake.
• Strong understanding of multi-tier application testing (UI -> Services -> API’s -> Database).
• Experience working within Agile methodologies and participating in scrum ceremonies.
