Description

You will design, build, and maintain efficient backend application modules while owning the full development lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement reusable Java code and RESTful/SOAP APIs.
• Develop database schemas, stored procedures, and functions for SQL and NoSQL systems.
• Write unit tests using JUnit and Mockito to ensure application quality and fix defects.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing codebases and Linux/Unix or Windows environments.
• Coordinate with Agile teams and track status updates in Jira.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of backend development experience.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of OOPs concepts and web application design patterns.
• Experience with RESTful and SOAP-based APIs.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Git, SVN, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD tools.
• Competency in Java unit testing frameworks like JUnit and Mockito.
• Proficiency in Javascript (ES6).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile processes, Jira, and Confluence.
• Understanding of XML, JSON, SSO, and MFA.
• Experience with automated integration testing.
