Description

Lead the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of complex software applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable, maintainable solutions following coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical specifications and project milestones.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality, defect-free software delivery.
• Lead technical discussions, brainstorming sessions, and process optimization efforts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java and Python programming languages.
• Experience with Spring and Hibernate frameworks.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL database systems.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Practical knowledge of agile methodologies and design patterns.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools.
