Description

You will own the operational stability and performance of Java applications in a production environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for Java applications to ensure uptime and optimal performance.
• Perform code-level debugging, apply minor bug fixes, and manage deployment activities.
• Automate operational tasks using Python or other scripting languages.
• Design and implement monitoring dashboards and alerts for application and infrastructure health.
• Set up log-based alerts aligned with SLAs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Java and Production Support or SRE roles.
• Proficiency in Python scripting for automation.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Knowledge of APM and observability concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building dashboards for database query performance, API performance, and system resource utilization.
