Description

Design and maintain service-oriented architecture applications and services for large-scale enterprise systems.

Design multi-level architectures and component interactions for complex software systems. Develop Business Object Models, Service Models, and Service Specifications, including security and interface protocols. Create SOA design standards for object naming, deployment, data integration, and production output. Guide infrastructure design, installation, and configuration for high availability and fault-tolerant solutions. Write and document enterprise-level SOA standards, best practices, and patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-level architectures and component interactions for large-scale software systems.
• Develop Business Object Models, Service Models, and Service Specifications including security and interface protocols.
• Create SOA design standards for object naming, deployment, data integration, and production output.
• Guide infrastructure design, installation, and configuration for high availability and fault-tolerant solutions.
• Write and document enterprise-level SOA standards, best practices, and patterns.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience making high-level design choices and dictating technical standards.
• 5 years of enterprise architecture experience in Java-based SOA solutions.
• 7 years of experience designing services to wrap APIs (SOAP, REST with JSON, Local/Remote EJBs, SCA).
• 3 years of experience using IBM WebSphere for end-to-end Business Process Management (WBM, RAD, WAS, WPS, WID, RSA).
• 3 years of experience using IBM ESB tools (WebSphere Message Broker, WPS, DataPower) for data mapping and routing.
• 3 years of experience importing models from WBM into WIID and RSA and implementing orchestration using BPEL.
• Proficiency with XML, XSDs, and WSDL files.
• Expertise in generating Service Models, Service Classification Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams.
• SOA Architect Certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong background in infrastructure design and configuration.
