You will architect enterprise applications and guide development teams to ensure adherence to technical standards and best practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and guide the development of enterprise applications, defining UI, methodology, and coding standards.
• Analyze, design, develop, and review code for enterprise systems using Java/JEE and related technologies.
• Act as the primary technical liaison with infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues and plan failover strategies.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams, overseeing data modeling, access, and manipulation activities.
• Execute performance testing, endurance testing, and deployment planning in collaboration with the Infrastructure team.

Required Skills

• 60-84 months of experience providing guidance to large teams or extensive senior-level industry experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience with Java/JEE.
• Strong proficiency in JSF, XML, and XSLT.
• Experience developing with Hibernate, JPA, and EJB.
• Familiarity with IBM Portal and WebSphere Application development software.
• Experience with JDK 1.8 or higher.
