Description

You will own the full development lifecycle for enterprise applications, from requirement analysis to maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Modify existing code or build new components based on detailed technical requirements.
• Execute design, development, testing, debugging, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of application interfaces.
• Document all work, including file design, update, storage, and retrieval strategies.
• Define system scope and technical objectives aligned with user needs and business concepts.
• Enhance processes to resolve operational issues while adhering to regulatory requirements and coding standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in application development within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Expert knowledge of Java, J2EE, EJB, JavaBeans, JavaScript, Servlets, JDBC, Struts, and Hibernate.
• Proficiency in unit and integration testing using JUnit and JMock.
• Experience with UNIX (AIX) scripting and system development lifecycle processes.
• Familiarity with software configuration management, code deployment, and versioning tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information System Management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial services or captive auto finance sectors.
• Knowledge of WebSphere, WSAD, MQ Series, DB2, SQL, and MS Access.
