Description

You will develop and maintain enterprise-scale applications within the financial services domain. You own the full development lifecycle from design to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Build new application components and modify existing code based on detailed requirements.
• Translate user needs into functional concepts to define system scope and technical objectives.
• Execute code development, testing, debugging, and deployment for enterprise solutions.
• Participate in file design, storage, and retrieval processes throughout the system development lifecycle.
• Maintain developed solutions and enhance processes to resolve operational issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of application development experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, EJB, JavaBeans, Servlets, JDBC, Struts, and Hibernate.
• Experience with JavaScript, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of UNIX (AIX) and UNIX scripting.
• Hands-on experience with DB2, SQL, and MS Access.
• Competency in unit and integration testing using JUnit and JMock.
• Experience with WebSphere, WSAD, and MQ Series.
• Familiarity with CI/CD environments and AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of software configuration management and versioning tools.

Preferred Skills

• Background in financial services or captive auto finance companies.
