Description

Lead a Scrum team to design, build, and maintain scalable software systems. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define system architecture and break down work for team implementation.
• Lead planning, design, testing, and operations as the Scrum team lead.
• Own the release pipeline and mentor fellow engineers.
• Ensure strict compliance with InfoSec standards and drive engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot errors, fix bugs, and resolve issue tickets.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on Java full-stack development.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases.
• 5+ years of system design and architecture experience, focusing on scalability and reliability.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or engineering team leader.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC best practices including CI/CD, version control, and code reviews.
• Exposure to Machine Learning or Deep Learning projects.

Preferred Skills

• Solid background in distributed systems and service-oriented architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
