Description

You will build and scale backend services within a microservices architecture, owning the implementation of reactive applications and distributed message flows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using modern Java features and functional programming.
• Build scalable web-based applications with a focus on reactive programming using the Webflux framework.
• Manage message flows across distributed systems using Apache Kafka and IBM MQ.
• Deploy and orchestrate containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Write and maintain tests using Mockito and perform mutation testing to ensure code quality.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience with Java technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Java 17, including lambda expressions and functional programming.
• Proficiency with reactive programming and the Webflux framework.
• Strong experience with SQL and Oracle databases.
• Experience with Apache Kafka and IBM MQ for message management.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Ability to write tests using Mockito and perform mutation testing.
