Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Java and J2EE application systems within the BFSI domain. You own the full application lifecycle, converting business requirements into executable code solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Java and J2EE application systems using Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOA/OOD).
• Develop, debug, and maintain application code across all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Build and deploy microservices architectures.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve system capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership to the engineering team.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Java technologies.
• Proficiency in Core Java (Collections, Concurrency/Multi-Threading, Localization, JDBC).
• Experience with J2EE, Hibernate, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of database concepts using Oracle or DB2.
• Experience with J2EE Application Servers such as WebSphere Process Server, WebLogic, or Jboss.
• Domain experience in BFSI.
• Working knowledge of JIRA or equivalent tools.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
