About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our application architecture—focusing heavily on building robust, scalable backend microservices using Java and Spring Boot, while seamlessly integrating with modern React.js frontends.

Key Responsibilities

• Backend Architecture (70%):
• Design, develop, and maintain high-throughput, secure RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Optimize database schemas, write complex queries, and tune performance across relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) or non-relational (e.g., MongoDB) databases.
• Implement robust security, authentication, and authorization mechanics (OAuth2, JWT, Spring Security).
• Integrate third-party services, enterprise messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and cloud services.
• Frontend Integration (30%):
• Build responsive, dynamic user interfaces using modern React.js (Hooks, Context API, Redux/Zustand).
• Integrate frontend components seamlessly with backend microservices and APIs.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, web performance, and clean UI execution.
• System & Code Quality:
• Write clean, testable code using standard testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Jest).
• Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipeline automation, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, DevOps) using Agile/Scrum practices.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• Primary Focus — Java / Spring Boot (70%):
• Java Expertise: Core Java (Java 11/17+), OOP principles, multi-threading, concurrency, and memory management.
• Spring Framework: Heavy hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate, Spring Security, and Spring MVC.
• API Design: Deep understanding of RESTful API standards, contract design, and backend system architecture.
• Databases: Strong proficiency in SQL/ORMs and database query optimization.
• Secondary Focus — React.js (30%):
• React Core: Functional components, React Hooks, JSX, lifecycle management, and State Management libraries.
• Web Basics: Solid foundation in modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript (preferred), HTML5, and CSS3.
