Description

You will design and build fault-tolerant distributed systems to optimize fulfillment infrastructure and robotics.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams in the development of products, solutions, and processes.
• Design, develop, and deploy reliable applications while participating in software architecture.
• Translate business and functional requirements into deliverable software and customer experiences.
• Mentor engineers in software development best practices.
• Develop tools to test and analyze complex distributed systems, including logging, tracing, and metrics.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Core Java and frameworks such as Spring or Spring Boot.
• Strong proficiency in Data Structures, Algorithms, and handling time/space complexity.
• Experience with System Design, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
• 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• 1+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• 1+ years of experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design.

Preferred Skills

• BS/MS in Computer Science or a math-centric discipline.
• Experience with React JS, JSON/XML, Restful services, and containerization.
• Knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and large-scale industrial systems.
