Description

You will build and enhance features for the global Loyalty and Benefits platform, specifically within the Setup experience domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance features within the Setup experience domain.
• Collaborate with engineers across the platform to coordinate delivery.
• Share technical knowledge and engineering principles with team members.
• Deliver business functions and customer journeys through automated testing in the CI/CD pipeline.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java or another backend type-safe programming language.
• Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful communication.
• Hands-on experience with asynchronous messaging services (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Practical application of Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience managing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Hands-on experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Experience working within a Scrum framework.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Spring, Docker, Postgres, and GraphQL.
• Experience with Jenkins, Rally, JIRA, or SVN.
