Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot. You own the full development lifecycle, from coding to testing and release.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust microservices using Java 11+ and Spring Boot.
• Implement asynchronous event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.
• Design and optimize SQL database schemas and queries, primarily with Oracle DB.
• Write and maintain automated tests using JUnit, Mockito, and Cucumber.
• Collaborate on code reviews and ensure high code quality standards.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot framework.
• 3+ years experience building and consuming Kafka topics.
• 3+ years experience with Oracle Database or similar SQL databases.
• Experience with testing frameworks: JUnit, Mockito, and Cucumber.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years experience with MongoDB.
• 2+ years experience with Python scripting or application development.
