You will develop, maintain, and enhance scalable Java applications and batch processes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Grasp HR business processes to contribute to technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain legacy applications, including batch processing logic.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing and thorough documentation.
• Apply AI tools like GitHub Copilot to streamline development workflows.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of relevant Java development experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring REST, and Spring JDBC.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience with Hibernate and Oracle database interactions.
• Familiarity with Struts and Aspect-Oriented Programming (AOP).
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP web services and Oracle Web Services.
• Experience with Maven for build and dependency management.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with ReactJS, JavaScript, CSS, or jQuery.
• Experience with SVN and Azure DevOps for CI/CD.
