Description

You will develop new features for Java applications, improve system configurations, and maintain production stability through performance monitoring and root cause analysis.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features and perform system configurations for Java-based applications.
• Monitor application performance and analyze root causes of production disruptions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain and improve code quality through automation and enhanced testing practices.
• Design new technology solutions based on current trends to improve business productivity.
• Update and maintain technical documentation for development cycles and production support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in backend Java development.
• Proficiency with Java frameworks including Spring and Hibernate.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with version control tools, specifically Git or RTC.
• Proficiency with JUnit for testing.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Fluency in French.
