Description

You will build, deploy, and support enterprise-level microservices using Java.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RESTful APIs following established patterns.
• Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Write comprehensive automated tests (unit, integration, API) adhering to Test-Driven Development.
• Implement observability and monitoring solutions for distributed systems.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain Jira updates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming principles.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes fundamentals (pods, services, deployments).
• Familiarity with API technologies including JSON, XML, SOAP, gRPC, and OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Proficiency in version control using Git.
• Experience managing CI/CD Pipelines.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and secure coding practices.
• Familiarity with authentication/authorization mechanisms (ACL, RBAC).
