Description

Design and implement scalable Java-based applications and server-side components for Indianapolis-based operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using J2EE technologies.
• Integrate server-side components with front-end technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application functionality, performance, and scalability issues.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers and architects to deliver software solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Java Developer.
• Expertise in J2EE technologies, including Java, Spring, and Hibernate.
• Experience with Tomcat or similar application servers.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Any graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with microservices architecture, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub, CI/CD systems, and Agile methodologies.
• Prior experience with SailPoint or ServiceNow API and SDK frameworks.
