Description

You will design, develop, and deploy scalable Java-based applications using Spring and Spring Batch. You will build and maintain ETL pipelines, model databases for integrity and security, and troubleshoot complex software issues.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable applications using the Spring framework.
• Create and maintain ETL pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Model and design databases to ensure data integrity and security.
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues to provide technical support.
• Collaborate with product owners, analysts, and QA to meet project requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience focusing on Java and Spring.
• Experience with DB2, MSSQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency with Maven, Gradle, and Artifactory.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience using Splunk or other logging platforms.
• Strong understanding of database design principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with test automation tools including Cucumber, Selenium, and Protractor.
• Exposure to Azure and cloud-based application development.
• Experience with TDD or BDD practices.
