Description

You will design, develop, and deploy Java-based applications using Spring and Spring Batch, owning the full lifecycle from database modeling to release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable applications using the Spring framework and Spring Batch.
• Create and maintain ETL pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Model and design databases to ensure data integrity and security.
• Troubleshoot, debug software issues, and provide technical support.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA specialists to meet project requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience focused on Java and Spring.
• Strong understanding of database design principles.
• Hands-on experience with DB2, MSSQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency using Splunk or other logging platforms.
• Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with continuous integration tools including Maven, Gradle, and Artifactory.
• Exposure to Azure and cloud-based application development.
• Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD), Behavior Driven Development (BDD), or automation tools like Cucumber, Selenium, and Protractor.
