Description

You will build and maintain scalable software components and integration routes within a distributed systems environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop software components for integration routes and implement sustainable, long-term code.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document business requirements and resolve cross-system issues.
• Create and manage test cases using TDD and BDD methodologies.
• Maintain monitoring and alerting functions to ensure production service levels.
• Participate in rotating on-call duties and incident response.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Java Software Engineer or Java Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring frameworks, and Object-Oriented Design.
• Experience with API design, testing, and web services (2+ years).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and system design.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container-centric environments.
• Knowledge of Cloud Architecture (AWS), Microservices, and Distributed Systems.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL) and NoSQL (Redis).
• Proficiency with Git (1+ years) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with messaging services such as Apache Camel, Amazon MQ, or RabbitMQ.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
