Description

You will build and maintain enterprise applications using Java and MVC frameworks in Cary, NC.

You will own the release pipeline, design RESTful services, and ensure code quality through testing and CI practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications using Java, JSF, Spring, and Struts to implement MVC architecture.
• Design and build RESTful Web Services and microservices using the Spring framework.
• Establish CI practices and standards for API creation using Jenkins.
• Implement unit testing using JUnit to ensure code quality.
• Manage project tracking and task management using JIRA.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java programming.
• Experience with the Spring Framework for microservices and dependency management.
• Hands-on experience with Struts Frameworks.
• Proven ability to design and build RESTful Web Services.
• Practical experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with JIRA for issue tracking and project management.
• Ability to work onsite in Cary, NC and travel to various client sites throughout the U.S.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JavaServer Faces (JSF).
• Experience with JUnit for unit testing.
