Description

You will build and maintain backend systems using Java and associated technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement low latency, high TPS gRPC APIs using micro-service patterns.
• Architect and implement multi-region CockroachDB clusters with geo-proximity routing for HA/low-latency apps.
• Develop features utilizing Spring Boot and integrate with Kafka and MQ messaging systems.
• Apply expertise across the full software development lifecycle in a collaborative environment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years experience with Java, specifically using the Spring technology stack and Java 21.
• Strong proficiency in micro-service design patterns.
• Expertise in database SQL and modeling on CockroachDB and Oracle 19.
• Proven experience architecting distributed systems.
• Proficiency with Kafka and Message Queuing (MQ).
• Experience with one or more UI JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular).
• Working proficiency in development toolsets.
• Understanding of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines.
