You will design, implement, test, and maintain software for promotional systems and backend reward features.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality software into production environments.
- Build internal features and tools to improve team efficiency and delivery speed.
- Participate in on-call rotations to troubleshoot, triage, and resolve root causes of production issues.
- Lead code reviews and mentor engineers and interns to drive engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to make technical decisions and clarify requirements.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Proven track record of building highly scalable and fault-tolerant systems.
- Strong understanding of various design approaches and architectural trade-offs.
- Experience debugging and triaging system-wide production issues.
- Proficiency in Agile software delivery and SCRUM methodologies.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within an enterprise environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and PostgreSQL.
- Background working in a start-up environment.
