Description

You will lead software engineering efforts focusing on secure code development and automated delivery pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Write secure code across multiple languages and implement standard branching models like Gitflow.
• Perform deep debugging and troubleshooting by analyzing core, heap, and thread dumps to resolve coding errors.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to estimate requirements via story pointing and prioritize tasks based on business value.
• Orchestrate release workflows and CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard tools and APIs.
• Optimize delivery metrics to drive continuous improvement in the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in writing secure code in three or more languages including Java, C, C++, C#, JavaScript, COBOL, or SQL.
• Deep understanding of secure coding standards such as OWASP, CWE, and SEI CERT.
• Knowledge of cryptography techniques and libraries including OAuth1.0a, SAML, GnulTLS, OpenSSL, PKCS#11, CryptLib, JCA/JCP, and JWT/JWS/JWE.
• Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD).
• Application of advanced design patterns such as service-to-worker, MVC, API gateway, intercepting filter, dependency injection, and lazy loading.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, AWS/Azure pipelines, or XL Release.
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Chef, Puppet, SaltStack, Terraform, or Ansible.
• Any Graduate degree.
