Description

Lead the design and implementation of scalable software architectures while contributing hands-on Java development.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable software using object-oriented design and standard software design patterns.
• Create logical, conceptual, development, execution, and infrastructure architectural views.
• Define system requirements to address stakeholder and portfolio concerns.
• Optimize code performance and coach the team on industry programming practices.
• Manage non-functional requirement adaptation and perform application portfolio gap analysis.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software design and programming.
• Expertise in Java and the Spring Framework.
• 3+ years of experience designing REST APIs following industry standards.
• Deep understanding of Microservices and Domain Driven Design (DDD) methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with AWS.
• Proven experience working within Agile programs and Scrum practices.
• Ability to work effectively with distributed teams.
• Proficiency in UML sequence and class diagrams.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of SQL query development and data modeling patterns.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
