About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Java Solution Architect with deep expertise in AWS cloud architecture to lead design, development, and implementation of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technologist capable of driving end-to-end solution delivery in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and architect complex enterprise-level solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS services.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Lead development teams through all phases — design, development, testing, and deployment.

Define and implement best practices in microservices architecture, CI/CD, and DevOps automation.

Ensure system performance, security, and reliability using AWS-native services and frameworks.

Conduct architecture reviews and code assessments to ensure adherence to design standards.

Stay current with emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of experience in software engineering with strong Java expertise.
Proven experience designing and implementing solutions on AWS Cloud (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS, RDS, CloudFormation, etc.).

Strong understanding of Microservices, API Gateway, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Solid knowledge of Spring Boot, RESTful services, and ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA).

Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams.

AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or Associate.
Experience with Terraform, Kafka, or Event-driven architectures.
Familiarity with front-end frameworks (Angular/React) is a plus
