You will provide technology leadership and architect enterprise solutions end-to-end.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise solutions addressing BFSI business challenges.
• Define and implement enterprise-level digital strategies, including future-state and transitional architectures.
• Lead architecture engagements and oversee major transformation projects with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
• Own and manage complex digital transformation exercises from an architectural perspective.
• Standardize Agile and DevOps methodologies, defining necessary toolchains.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in Core Java development.
• Demonstrated experience in Enterprise solution architecture.
• Familiarity with Spring Boot.
• Knowledge of GCP.
• Experience in BFSI sector solutions.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in digital transformation and enterprise architecture.
