Design and align technical solutions that bridge business requirements and IT implementation.

Responsibilities

• Create technical designs with sufficient granularity for development teams to implement effectively.
• Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps delivering value across multiple squads.
• Guide the implementation phase and provide technical support to DevOps teams during maintenance.
• Ensure implemented solutions adhere to established architectural principles and designs.
• Optimize technology infrastructure for scalability, reliability, security, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or similar technical leadership roles.
• Proven experience as a Java Solution Architect.
• Deep understanding of application landscapes, infrastructure, and business operations.
• Practical knowledge of DevOps practices.
• Ability to manage complex dependencies between multiple squads and organizational units.
• Strong ability to communicate technical designs to both engineers and business stakeholders.
