Description

You will design and deliver cloud-based distributed streaming systems across AWS and Azure ecosystems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture for real-time streaming and microservices-based systems.
• Design technical integration patterns using MSK, Kinesis, Flink, and Lambda.
• Author Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform to manage cloud environments.
• Set up observability across environments using CloudWatch, Dynatrace, and X-Ray.
• Mentor development teams to follow architectural best practices and ensure secure, scalable designs.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of professional experience.
• Proven expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including Kinesis, MSK (Kafka), Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, and X-Ray.
• Experience with Azure Cloud.
• Proficiency in stream processing using Apache Flink, Avro, and Protobuf.
• Design experience with REST, gRPC, and Microservices architecture.
• Infrastructure-as-Code experience using Terraform.
• Scripting proficiency in Bash, Python, or Go.
• B.S. in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Monitoring and observability skills using Dynatrace, CloudWatch, and X-Ray.
