Description

You will lead technology vision, strategy, and solution design for enterprise products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement future-state architecture aligned with tech, data, cloud, and security strategies.
• Create and own solution and enterprise architecture deliverables and artifacts.
• Coordinate solution design across geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders.
• Oversee cloud-native product development, focusing on microservices, API reuse, and technical debt management.
• Produce technical documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer for transitioning solutions to BAU ownership.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in technical and solution architecture roles.
• Deep proficiency in Java and Spring Boot, including the ability to interrogate codebases to ascertain behavior.
• Proven experience with Enterprise Architecture and translating it into solution designs.
• Strong expertise in API design and microservices architectures.
• Experience managing the full project delivery lifecycle with mixed-shore resources.
• Ability to decompose monolithic solutions and manage technical debt remediation.
• Experience with enterprise-level software development and API-based integration, such as Spring or Kong.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors.

Preferred Skills

• Consultancy or customer-facing experience within a software vendor or enterprise-scale services environment.
• Financial Services domain knowledge, specifically regarding market dynamics like risk and cost.
