Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture.
• Experience working within complex IT landscapes involving diverse technologies.
• Proficiency with TPA, ICHP, and Assisted Channels/IRIS frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence strategy through technical authority.
• Advanced English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to document technical solutions and present complex architectures clearly.
• Proven experience facilitating technical workshops.
