Description

Design and implement scalable wealth management platforms using microservices and event-driven architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect microservices for portfolio analytics, client onboarding, and trading systems.
• Integrate FinTech APIs and third-party custodial and payment systems.
• Ensure low-latency data processing for real-time risk assessment and rebalancing.
• Lead code reviews, system optimizations, and adoption of best practices including TDD, CI/CD, and DevOps.
• Mentor engineering teams on Java and Python frameworks and event-driven patterns.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of progressive leadership in technology roles within wealth management or financial services.
• Advanced experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong knowledge of Java and Python.
• Expertise in REST-based microservices and Kafka for real-time data streaming.
• Experience with Spring Boot and Django.
• Proficiency in AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Proven ability to implement AI, machine learning, or blockchain technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years tenure in previous leadership roles.
